I am getting the following message on my Canon Pixma MX 892:

Customer Question

Hi, I am getting the following message on my Canon Pixma MX 892: "B200: Printer error has occurred. Unplug the power cord and contact the service center."
I have turned it off and on several times to no avail.
What can I do?

Error B200 means the printhead voltage or temperature is not normal. The Printhead could be defective. and you have to replace the printhead to solve the problem. But, before that you can try the steps mentioned in the link below.
