I received a Fatal Error when trying to install an update HP

Customer Question

I received a Fatal Error when trying to install an update for my HP Photosmart c6380. The system continuely posts a notice to rerun and I'm not able to get rid of the notification. I thought I would uninstall the printer software but I have misplaced the original software disk. Can you help?
