I have a printer scanner of Cannon model Image Class MF4450. It is printing and copying but not scanning. I have reinstalled with the disc I have but is still not scanning. What do I do?

Was scanning working previously on this printer with this computer?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?
