May I start a remote screen sharing session with you so that I can better help you resolve this problem?
When the remote begins, a chat window will appear that we can use to communicate with each other.
Delete the printer from the device and printer folder
Then click the add printer button
Have it scan for network printers
If it finds it just click next next etc till it is finished and it should install and print again
