If you are still getting error in the printer tray, one thing you can do that usually works – assuming you've done a thorough cleaning of it – is to push a piece of card stock or something similar through the printer in its normal direction with the printer unplugged. Then blow it out with compressed air or turn it over and give it a bit of a shake and after that plug it in and try printing again. It still is a work, please let me know and if it is the same error message now as it was before.
