Customer Question

I have a Brother MFC9330cdw. After a paper jam Whenever I receive a fax I get a paper size error that indicates the paper size is not compatible with duplex. This takes the printer offline. I did a factory reset and this worked until I received my first fax. then it prints the fax once - then paper size error the reprints the fax and same error. Ad nauseum until i reset.

Hi there,
I think it is a sensor too.
Check for any small fragments of paper trapped inside the printer.
Use compressed air to help dislodge any small pieces of paper.
