The most recent driver for the MX300 is for windows 8.1 64 bit. You are running windows 10. This represents a compatibility issue.
I understand you have to go. When you're able to return, its probably best we speak over the phone. That way, I can walk you through the process to get that outdated driver working on your windows 10 machine.
