I cannot get my Ricoh Aficio MP C3501 printer to email my scans to me.
I have one at the office and it works great. I have my email address set up in the address abook, i hit Scan and select me for the destination and it scans ....but it goes no where. What can i do?

Are you using SMTP?
Check that all the printer's settings are correct:
SMTP Server Name: smtp.xxxxxxxxx (e.g. your SMTP server name)
SMTP Port No.: 587
SMTP Authentication: On
SMTP Auth. Email Address:***@******.***
SMTP Auth. User Name:***@******.***
SMTP Auth. Password: *******
SMTP Auth Encryption: Auto-Select
And ensure a sender is specified:
SMTP Authentication: Enabled
SMTP User Name:***@******.***
SMTP Password: *******
Let me know if you can scan to a different alternative email address (e.g. set up a new Google email account and test it)
