Customer Question

I just received another Epson WF7620 model. It's refurbished. It had all Epson inks to start with. I printed about 30 copies of 11x17 before the magenta color ran out. I replaced it with another cartridge (not Epson) and now when I do a nozzle check all I get are bro***** *****nes. I've tried using alcohol on Q-tips, sprayed compressed air into it, used a syringe with 50/50 water/windex, turned the printer totally off, cleaned both the cartridge connection and printer connection slot did several print head cleanings, printed 10 pages of a picture. If there's an air bubble in the nozzle head how do I clear it.
In the past I've bought new Epson cartridges and it still does the same thing, then Epson sends me another refurbished printer. Can you help me?

Hi there,
You can spray compressed air from a can through the printhead to clear any air bubbles in the nozzle.
