I have a Brothers MFC-J470DW "work smart series" printer. I

I have a Brothers MFC-J470DW "work smart series" printer.
I am unable to scan a document.
I press "scan" and OK and a note appears "CK connection". This printer is wireless.
Can you please tell me what to do.
