Customer Question

Hi! I just upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10. I am able to print to my Canon MF8300 series printer, but when I try scanning I get the message "No scanner connected."

Hi there,

You will need to install the latest Windows 10 scanner driver, available from the Canon website:

I went to this site yesterday, and again just now. When I select my OS, Windows 10 (x64), the message under drivers is “There is no driver for the OS version you selected. The driver may be included in your OS or you may not need a driver.”This does not appear to be a solution to the problem.

Ok, so they have not yet released the latest Windows 10 x64 driver..

you will need to wait until Canon publish it on their website.
