I have a mfcj270w printer. I am having trouble with mike black ink. When I print it will come out blue, not getting an black ink where there should be black ink.

OK, now right click on the printer icon and select remove device and reply me back, after the icon disappear.

OK, now click on the Add a Printer or Device button from the top of that window. Let me know, what options do you get .

Click on Wireless and wait when your PC scan for the wireless printer, let me know if your PC is able to find the printer or not ?
