If you make a photocopy, direct from the glass, (if it will allow you to do so), how do those come out (Check both black and color modes).
If you see an error message, what is the exact message or code number?
Is the issue that the printer doesn't respond at all, or it outputs a blank page?Can you please test a photocopy for me as requested earlier?
