are you there?
Expert:  WesPCDr replied 1 year ago.
Since the nozzle head tests fail, the next step is to get a new print head replacement under warranty exchange.Your current print head is clogged and normal cleaning will not clean it.You can order a new print head from Epson Warranty Parts at http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SupportContacts.jsp?UseCookie=yes

Contact the number for replacement parts in the link.Once you get a new print head, the instructions to replace it will be included.

how do i demonstrate to Epson that that is the problem?
Expert:  WesPCDr replied 1 year ago.
Let the Epson Warranty line know that you performed the nozzle / head tests and nothing worked. Then ask to replace the print head with a replacement part.
