ok..click start..search..type windows fax and scan..open windows fax and scanclick on new scan option

Thanks for your help Michelle but couldn't get any result from the screen's instructions. I fixed it myself by going through Devices & Printers on my Computer & scanned it successfully. Kind regards, Bart (Tonto) Williams, Non Profit Organization.

If you haven't received my answer yet, I have fixed my problem myself. I was trying to scan from printer to computer but you have to do it the other way via Devices & Printer & follow the prompts. Works good now but thanks again. Will this cost our Senior Citizens anything? Regards, ***** ***** Williams, President.

Hi Michelle, Your Company states 100% Satisfaction but what happened to us then. You didn't fix our problem, when I switched to talk to someone, no one was available & then I fixed it myself which I have told you 3 times. We don't mind the $5 deposit but are amazed you charged us $32 for not fixing anything. I already installed the New Canon Printer via a CD Rome, was Coping Good, Printing Good but no Scan.
