Customer Question

Hi, My Canon MG6120 keeps telling me there is a paper jam, but there isn't. If I press OK, it just returns to the error message again.

Hello my name is***** look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I want to warn you that it is possible you will need to replace a part in order to fix this. There are a few different things that can cause this and a couple different parts so we would need to troubleshoot to find out for sure. What is the exact and entire error exactly the way you see it including any numbers if there are any?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Rear Cover
The paper is jammed
Clear the paper and press ok

Have you checked inside the rear cover already? Even if no paper is in there you would want to check for any type of jam at all. For example a paper clip could fall in and cause that.

Cancel altogether. THis is costly and ineffective.
