Hi, My name is ***** ***** i will be assisting you
i am sorry to hear you are facing a no power issue.
i would like you to know that this could be due to a internal hardware fault as well
i will suggest the steps to be tried in this case
Please follow the below steps
turn off printer and unplug power cord
keep the ON button on printer pressed for 10 secs
wait for 2 mins
plug in power cord and turn on printer
let me know the status and i will suggest further accordingly

I tried your suggestion but the printer failed to power on.
Expert:  Michelle replied 1 year ago.
you have already checked on a different wall power outlet
is that correct
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes
Expert:  Michelle replied 1 year ago.
please confirm have you checked with a different power cord or you have tested the printer's power cord with some other device
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The printer's power cord is plugged directly into the outlet & I checkd plugging into two other outlets.
Expert:  Michelle replied 1 year ago.
is the power cord hard wired into the printer or you can unplug it from printer end
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I can unplug it from the printer end.
Expert:  Michelle replied 1 year ago.
please unplug from printer end
replug it firmly once again and then try powering on
let me know if there is any change
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I already did that.

in that case as i had suggested earlier this is a hardware fault
either the printer's power cord or the printer's internal power supply has stopped working
if you have a voltmeter and know how to use it, you can test the power cord of the printer
the symptoms indicate a failing power supply of the printer and the printer would need to be serviced in this case
you may however check the service estimate cost from any local repair store and then decide whether you would like to get this one repaired or opt in for a new unit
i hope you understand that in case of hardware faults i can diagnose the faulty parts and suggest reset steps but cannot make a bad part work again
