I've replaced all cartridges with genuine ones on my up photosmart 5520.
I've carried out all requested cleaning etc but it won(t align, hence printing is impossible (it looks as if it's doing a print on print!

Is the alignment print legible and correctly-enough printed?
What brought on this problem? if the replacement of the cartridges was routine and not intended to address any problem except perhaps the ink having run low or run out... then you may have an option here, to get the printer working again.
