please follow the below steps
Press and hold the Stop button until the Alarm lamp blinks 15 times, then release the button.
Printing of the network setup information starts.
Open the web browser of your PC. In the address bar of the browser, enter the text that you see on the printout in the "IPv4 IP Address" line.
a remote ui window will open
Select [ Google Cloud Print setup ] -> [ Register with Google Cloud Print
When the confirmation screen to register the printer is displayed, select [ Yes ].
In the print setup for Google Cloud Print, select the display language, and then select Authentication.
The log-in page for Google Clout Print will open in the web browser.
sign in with your google acount
The printer confirmation page will be displayed. Click the button to complete registration of the printer.
In the Remote UI, confirm that "Registration with Google cloud Print completed" is displayed, and select [ OK ].

once you have performed the above steps, try the below
On PC , start the application supporting Google Cloud Print such as Chrome Browser, Gmail, and Docs.
In the application software, tap the wrench icon or the pull-down menu , and select Google Cloud Print.
Select the registered printer.
Tap [Print].

The network configuration page does not list the ip4 address

please check again..on the network configuration page some numbers should be printed against ipv4 address
do you see any numbers listed
also let me know does it show anything against ipv6 address

the printer model you have listed is cloud ready and its not possible that it does not show an ipaddress
still you can try typing this address in the browser

on your printer, press and hold the Stop button until the Alarm lamp flashes 17 times.
Release the Stop button.
this will reset the lan setting
then Press and hold the Stop button until the Alarm lamp blinks 15 times, then release the button.
Printing of the network setup information starts.

No it did not

The steps which i gave should fix the problem however ip address should print on the network page. I will opt out and will open this question for other experts view.
