Hi William,
Ensure you are using genuine Epson ink cartridges.
If removing and replacing the ink cartridges does not help, then if the printer is still under warranty, then you should contact the retailer directly and request a warranty repair.

have replaced ink and checked levels cleaned nozzle head cleared all OK before contacting Epson from whom I purchased direct and they passed me to Just answer Have just phone them about warranty and they are ringing me back
