My Mac using yosemite 10.10.1 is linked to a CanoscanLide700f

Customer Question

My Mac using yosemite 10.10.1 is linked to a CanoscanLide700f scanner and after scanning a page has the message "searching for scanners" when I add page 2. This has been happening for a few weeks now, how do I fix? I've checked all connections and they are all tight.

I'm sorry about the issue. So it can only scan one page right?
Did you notice any change or update recently to your computer, or if you had install/uninstall, etc. anything recently to your computer that may have caused this issue?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

No significant updates, maybe a Mac software regular update is all.

Have you tried to uninstall / reinstall the Canon scanning software?
