I purchased a canon mx922 to scan invoices, the invoices are light and I and need to be able to scan documents and preview so I can adjust the contrast to make them legible. How do I change the setting so the preview option is on.

Yes I have the Canon IJ scan utility program on my computer.

It looks like the IJ Scan Utility program does not have the preview option, but can you click on Settings in it, then increase the Resolution number and then scan and check? Please let me know. Thank you.

I got it to scan using scan gear and it lets me adjust the histogram color so the invoice is legable but I dont know how to save the document

After scanning, it does not have the option to save? What about closing it; does it ask to save?

In Settings, check the location / folder where it saves to.
