I used to be able to print from both my desktop and laptop to my HP Officejet 6310 All-in-one printer but now, it always says "Paper Out". The paper is not out and the printer does pull the paper normally when I make copies.

Yes. I get it when I go into "devices and printers" and then "see what's printing." It shows the document is in the queue with "Paper Out" as the status.

Did you tried to delete that document and print again ?
