Telephone is an additional service. Is the Printer is wired directly to the computer? It will be best to diagnose and resolve it here. Can you tell me what does the print que shows? If you still need assistance over phone, i can opt out and allow another expert who may be able to assist via phone.

All is now O.K. .. The printer is wired directly to the computer. Thanks for all you did. Thanks also
for correcting the error re the charge of June 3rd. I will confirm receipt of the funds after my bank
