That code tells us the black ink stick is jammed, please see the link below and follow the steps for the black ink sticks

If you are down to the last stick, the last stick may have just tilted or skewed in the tube. Try straightening it out. If you have more then one stick, remove the bottom stick and then turn the machine off and on and see if the error code goes away.
