Hello,
When you say that it isn't working, what does that mean exactly? Are the lights on?

It was working fine and i turned on and message was on display that maintenance cover needs to be closed. I put the cover on but message was still there. Than i turn of main power off and than on. After that controll panel is dead. No lights at all. I found later that one cable on servo board is not seated right. I seated it properly but still nothing

I checked voltage on control board and its showing 5v

Thank you for the update.
It appears that this is a hardware issue. It sounds like you have it all plugged in and seated correctly. If that is the case, then I am out of ideas.
For this reason, I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.
The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.
When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.
Thank you for your patience.
