My HP 8100 is printing blank pages. I've replaced the ink cartridges

My HP 8100 is printing blank pages. I've replaced the ink cartridges and they show full on the HP utility app. I'm on a Mac 10.9.5 system

Also, I've tried printing test page, but it appears blank as well. Note the pages are entirely blank, not faint

Hello and thank you for choosing JA for your support needs.
Expert:  VanMagnus Systems replied 1 year ago.
When did the issue first start? Also, have you done a head cleaning?
Expert:  VanMagnus Systems replied 1 year ago.
Have you done a Print Quality Report?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I've not tried head cleaning. The issue started shortly after setting up the printer and running through the cartridges that came with it. How do I print a PQ report? I'm doubting it will print it.
Expert:  VanMagnus Systems replied 1 year ago.
• HP Utility (Mac OS X): In the Information And Support section, click Print Quality Diagnostics, and then click Print. If defects are seen on the Print Quality Diagnostic report, follow the steps below:1. If the Print Quality Diagnostic report shows faded, partial, streaked, or missing color bars or patterns, check for depleted ink cartridges, and replace the ink cartridge that corresponds to the defective color bar or color pattern. If there is no depleted ink cartridge, remove and reinstall all ink cartridges to make sure they are properly installed.2. Align the printhead. 3. Clean the printhead. .4. Replace the printhead.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yes
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
From site: The HP printer driver is built into Apple’s Software Update feature on your Mac computer. Your printer is likely supported through Apple Software Update and you do not need to download anything from a website in order to print, scan, or fax.

Still blank. Any other ideas?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I've tried twice to "Align" and it's jammed the paper both times. Also getting this message: Ink Carriage stalled. Clear obstruction....
I'm wondering if carriage is screwed up, and out of alignment?
