printer not working. error code 3802
Hi. I am Rick and I will be your printer professional.

OK Lets try this and see if it helps

Remove the ink cartridges and then use a q-tip and some alcohol or warm water
to clean the contacts on the cartridges and especially inside the carrier. When you have
everything clean and dry put the cartridges back in making sure they fit tight and turn the printer on
and see if the error clears now. Let me know how it goes.

done all that, now getting error code 3513

Ok Dexter I need you to remove the cartridges again and then lift out the printhead by lifting the latch in the middle above the target button picture.. Now push the head back in place and push on the back edge of it until you hear it click. Put you cartridges back in and give it a try. Let me know how that goes.

Did all that error code 3513

Ok Dexter that tells me all I need. Your problem is the printhead itself has gone bad. Both of those errors are printhead fatal faults and if reseting it did not clear it it will need to be replaced. You can order a new head for it at this LINK and it runs about $40. You can alos order one from Kodak for a bit more.
Sorry for the bad news but if I can help further please let me know.
