you are scanning from which device and what are you scanning and you get the error.

what is the operating system which has roboform and aol9.7 on it.

I have a document in the printer. I enter scan to email. The printer performs scan. I see document on the scanner page. I save the document. Thn I have the email screen up with the scanned document as an attachment. When I try to open the document I get error message " The selected document cannot be opened.
