ok now first of all we need to check the connection to the printer and to make sure that the printer is turned on.
please do the following
remove the printer completely from the electric source
the make sure the connection between your desktop and the printer is plugged in correctly
then connect the printer to the electric source and turn it on
printer is connected through wireless source

ok please right click on the printer and choose troubleshoot

this means that your desktop is connected to your printer with no problems

now can you go to microsoft word for example
type anything and attempt to print from it

i did pages are printing now . Don't know what was changed

Sometimes the router is not able to give the printer an ip, this may happen
so the printer is not visible for the desktop through the wireless network
if this happens again anytime (Probably won't happen) , turn off the printer
then unplug the wireless router.
Plug in the router again , then turn on the printer
