still have error code 3802

.
Error 3802 is a print head failure the first steps is to reseat the print head.
The next steps is to remove the ink cartridges, and then the print head.

Once removed soak the print head in warm water for 10 minutes.
Dry it off and then reseat again.

I have removed ink cartridges and the printhead and replaced them three times - now my error says printhead missing or incorrectly installed. I entered the printhead, pressed on the target until snapped. Is the printhead not working?

Unfortunately after all that if you are still seeing issues it means the print head needs to be replaced.
