Hi, I'm Robert and I'll be helping you with your printer question.
first thing to try is to go to the printers and devices folder
double click on the printer and cancel any pending jobs
then reboot the computer and see if it will print a test page
It didn't work. The printer connected to my computer has no pending job. If I try to print on this printer, the printer status is blank. Before I got into trouble, it always says printing or pending.
There is another printer that was connected to this computer long ago still has a pending job. I'm not sure that is the problem. I tried to delete that job. It always says deleting, but nothing happens.
delete the entire printer that has the pending job.
In the start menu run search box type
find the print spooler service on the list
then start it again
If that does not work re install the printer that you want to use again. If you don't have the disk I can get you the download if you give me the exact make and model of it.
