Hi,

Are you still there? I'm sorry, it looks like your computer cannot connect with me, and you are away (or your internet connection get disconnected.) Let me provide instructions you can try when you have time:

- Please download and run the automatic printing fix at the website below:
http://support.microsoft.com/mats/printing_problems/

- Next, restart the computer
, then remove the USB printer cable from the computer for now
, then click on Start, then click on Devices and Printers
, then right-click on the Canon... printer and remove it
, then re-connect the usb printer cable and make sure the printer is powered on, then the printer will automatically be re-installed
; now the printer should work (if needed ,try another USB port on the computer)
; if needed, test printing different items, such as a web page, a Word document, a picture file, etc.
