I have recently bought a new Epson XP 405.
During the installation process it keeps telling me that the paper has jammed but no paper is loaded.

Please could you take a very good look inside your printer. Often this can occur when a piece of packaging material has been left inside the printer by accident. It could be perhaps a little piece of tape etc within the printer. Check all access doors for this and let me know.

Sometimes this message can be caused by a defective printer with a bad sensor but we will cover everything else before that determination is made.
