Paper jam even though it clear
Make: HP Officejet 6210 All in One
Cleared the back to remove paper jam -numerous times. Won't let me print letter,everyday prininting. Paper is flat when I put it in. Probably have wasted 25 pages of paper. Have gone to prefences and changed settings.

Turn printer unit ON 2. Pull the power plug from the back side of it 3. wait 1 min 4. Plug unit back in 5. wait 3 full minutes 6. try to print does the jam error still exist? If yes continue belowLocate one piece of CARD STOCK paper and manually feed it up against the feed assembly and into the feed. the idea is too dislodge any pieces of paper that may be broken off inside the rollers. Repeat this process until the jam error goes away.If the CARD STOCK paper trick does not do it for you, then locate 1 can of compressed air certified for electronics, ie. walmart $4 open all printer covers, unplug the printer, and spray vigorously around each of the rollers. Plug printer back in, and try to print. if you continue to receive the same exact error, you may respond using the buttons below. Please DO NOT RATE me until I have solved this for you. IF YOUR ISSUE CONTINUES PROCEED BELOWLocate one can of COMPRESSED AIR approved for electronics WALMART $4 and spray vigorously in all open covers and areas, REMOVE POWER CABLE FIRST, continue to process until you have expended all of the can of air. Concentrate in areas where you will rollers. The rollers run from left to right and right to left not vertical. I will continue to support you until we have solved this issue. I have sprayed with the can of compressed air. I has worked most of the time but not all. It still won't take the card stock. Do you mean use up the whole can of spray the entire printer even under the top glass above the rollers and where you put the paper to be copied?Thank you fopr your patience.
Lets try some new steps to resolving this for you
Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
Press the Power button ( ) to turn off the product.
Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Press in the tab on the left side of the rear access door, and then pull the door
outward to remove it Gently remove any jammed paper or bits of torn paper from
the rollers inside the product. Use both hands to pull out any whole sheets of
paper to avoid tearing them Use a flashlight to thoroughly check the rollers and
wheels for torn pieces of paper that might remain inside the product
Gently push the rear access door into the product until it snaps firmly into
Open the cartridge access door
Check for any jammed paper inside the product
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product
Jam error still exist?
