Printer cartridge won't return to center for refilling despite pressing green button multiple times. This has been happening frequently. I was able a few times to manually move the carrier and grab the cartridge, but the carrier now has broken. Do you still offer a discount on new machines as part of your Canon Loyalty Program? It would really help! I would like to get another Canon.
Optional Information: Make: BJC-4100 Already Tried: See my original comments. Also have tried turning power off/on, letting it "rest" overnight & trying again. Now plastic carrier has broken.

Normally xxxxx, I would help you try to repair the printer. But, with the age of that model of printer.. and the cost of a new carriage. Compared to the cost of a low end model. You could literally buy three printers just for the cost of reparing that one printer, and wed only be repairing the one part inside the printer, others could fail. You werent being charged xxx amount of dollars to buy a printer at any cost. You asked a question here and sought live help. I gave you the best solutions possible given the limited info I have. I do not know if your in the market for business class printers that cost thousands of dollars, or normal home consumer level printers.
