Check the Page Setup settings in the application you are printing from to ensure that an option to print a separator page / burst page has not been selected. If it is selected, de-select it and be sure the changed setting is saved before printing again.

Also try going to
File - Print Preview
in the application, and see whether the page preview includes any blank pages.

Also try going into the printer driver settings - usually found at
Start - Control Panel - Printers,
right-click upon the printer's icon, and select Properties, then go to the
Maintenance
tab in the printer's Properties, and select or enable the option, in the Speed and Progress area, to
Skip Blank Page
and then click upon OK until the changed setting is saved and the Properties sheet is closed.
