Chat mode seems to be unreliable tonight, so I have switched this question into Q&A mode. It is slower, but always works.

If I understand your question correctly, you have a Kodak Office 2150 printer that you would like to connect to a Windows Vista, 32-bit PC. If this is correct, it can be done. There is new software (March 2012) from Kodak for the purpose, and it can be obtained at the link below:

http://support.en.kodak.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32108/selected/true

Download the software, run it, and follow the instructions for the installation as shown on the web page above. This is an on-the-fly network installation and additional components may be downloaded as the installation proceeds.

Note that the instructions for the installation require that the printer be disconnected from the computer while the software is being installed. This is quite important for the installation to work correctly.

Yes, it will. The printer doesn't care what it is connected to, so long as the computer has the correct software installed.
