What Operative System version do you have ? (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc?)

NOTE: If you have Windows 7 or Vista, please let me know if you have the 32 bit or 64 bit version. Please click Start, then right click "Computer" and select Properties to find out the version.

Windows 7 Ultimate; 64bit
In order to install your printer on Windows 7, please follow the steps below:

1- Click Start

2- Click "Devices and Printers"

3- Click "Add a printer"

4- Click "Add a local printer"

5- Select USB and click Next

6- Click the "WINDOWS UPDATE" Button and wait for the updates to be downloaded

7- Click HP on the left

8- Scroll down and select "HP Color LaserJet CP2025" (or CP2000 Series)

9- Click Next

10- Click Next

11- You will get the "Installing printer" message. Please wait

12- Click Next

13- Click Finish

14- Wait 2 minutes, then try to print. Does it work?

I sent another email stating my disappointment this morning when both of my HP printers indicated they were offline: 1.HP Colorjet CP2020 Series PCL6 and 2. HP Laserjet P2050 Series PCL6

Hello, two days ago you said: "Thank You! It works!", now you just left me a negative feedback, you choose "Bad Service", I don't understand. The negative feedback affects my job here

Sorry, excellent feedback as far as response time. I thought both of my HP printers were working and I was thankful for that. However, when I went into my office the next morning much to my chagrin both printers were offline. I finally got it fixed. Thanks!
