what do you mean. I don't unstand

What program is giving you the error code 30 when trying to print?

I was just trying to print something from my laptop from a t.v. show like a recipe

Has the printer worked fine before? Do you know what Operating System you are running? (XP, VIsta, Windows 7?) also what is the model number of the printer?

my printer is kodakesp 5210. my printer was working fine. I'm running windows7

Go ahead and click on your Start Menu and click Control Panel

BestComputerExpert :

Under Hardware and sound click Printer

BestComputerExpert :

What you want to do is turn your Kodak off, once it is off we want to right click on your kodak printer in this list and click Delete

BestComputerExpert :

Press Yes to confirm the delete

BestComputerExpert :

Let me know when you have deleted the printer

where is the start menu and control panel

BestComputerExpert :

The start menu is the flag in the bottom left hand corner of the screen

BestComputerExpert :

Control Panel will appear on the Start Menu

Did you have any luck finding it?

Customer :

where is the word yes to confirm the delete
