What's the exact issue with your printer?

Was it working previously on your computer?

Do you mean you need to reinstall the dell printer software?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or Mac computer?

Can you click on Start, then right-click on Computer, then click on Properties, then check if your System type: is 32-bit or 64-bit?
