Installing the 64 bit driver can be troublesome, if you would like. I can offer you a remote session, where I can log into your computer and install the printer for you.

remote session would be fine. i'm currently using a router, do i need to hook up the usb cable directly from printer to computer? I did try that also.

For now, lets just start the remote session Larry, and if it appears we need to directly connect the printer in the session, then we will do so.

accept the remote support terms.. Then, install the software.. If your antivirus asks you to allow it, please do so.

Once installed, make sure to click join on the software.
