Possible Solution #1:Please do the following on Internet Explorer:1. Open Internet Explorer, then click Tools, then Internet Options2. Select "Delete Browsing History"3. UNCHECK "Passwords" and "History" and CHECK all the other options you get there.4. Click on the "Delete" button5. Try againPossible Solution #2: Restore IE settings1- Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools, then "Internet Options"2- Click the Advanced tab3- Click the "Restore advanced settings" button4- Click Apply button5- Click OKPossible Solution #3: Disable add-ons IE 1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer. 2. Click the Tools button, and then click Manage Add-ons. 3. Under Show, click All add-ons. 4. Click the add-on you want to disable, and then click Disable. 5. Repeat step 4 for every add-on you want to disable.
