HP Officejet 6500A plus.Cannot communicate from computer to printer.Wireless test report shows pass. Compurter shows error-off line.This problem happened after I had turned off computrt and printer while away. Problem occured after restart. Followed directions in manual.Help
Optional Information: Make: HP Model: E710n Already Tried: Disconnect power from modem,then printer then computer,and reconnect in that order. Tried installing as new printer,and tried with software disk.

Please follow the steps below from your computer with Windows Vista:1- Click Start2- Click Control Panel3- Double click Printers4- Click "Add a printer"5- Click "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer"6- Select your printer and click "Next"7- Click Next8- Click Next9- Click Next10- Click Finish11- Wait 2 minutes and try to print12- Does it work?.
