My printer keep showing a message Print Unable 32. Please tell me what is the problem. The book under Troubleshooting and Routine Maintenance page 121 says turn off machine for 4 minutes and turn on again, but it works for a few sheets and then stops again. My machine is MFC-9440CN
Optional Information: Make: MFC-9440 CN Already Tried: Turning machine on and off as per the book. I have also replaced the drum unit belt

I followed your directions. My machine worked twice then the same problem. I continue to get the message "Print Unable 32". The message tells me to See Troubleshooting and Routine Maintenance in user handbook. Where in the handbook do I find instructions for this. I do not want to pay another $46 for the same problem
