My hp officejet 6500 wireless will not print from the computer it did at first the all of a sudden quit. when I press the help button it says not plugged in but all the cords are plugged in. help

Ok not a problem, lets take these steps:Turn off and disconnect the printer from the pc > On the pc click Start > Printer and Faxes > Right click and delete your HP printer listed thereClick Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Remove any HP printer drivers/programs there tooRestart your pc, then return to this page > Click HERE to download the printer driver, then install it > Turn on and reconnect the printer only when asked by setup > When finished reinstalling the printer, try to print again.Remember, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with my answer, we can continue the conversation until you’re satisfied and Accept my answer. Were you able to find the downloaded file on your computer and open it?It should be called OJ6500vE709_Full_14.exeIf you can't find it, press and hold CTRL + J on your keyboard while in Internet Explorer (if that is your web browser), then double click on OJ6500vE709_Full_14.exe to open it.

Please try to download it again, click HERE, it should take you to the download page. On that page, click the green download button > A dialog box should pop up, either in the middle or bottom of your screen asking you if you'd like to save or run the file, choose to save it Wait until it's done downloading, then open it when it's done > You should now see an onscreen setup installation, just follow the prompts it gives you > Turn on and reconnect the printer only when asked by setup > When finished reinstalling the printer, try to print again.
