Did you check the Print Spooler service to make sure it is started and set to manual?

No , where is that located ?

Click Start--------in the Search box type in services.msc and press Enter. When the services list comes up, scroll down until you see the Print Spooler service and double-click it. Make sure the Print Spooler is set to Started and on Manual. Click Apply and OK

Then click Start--------Devices and Printers--------right-click on the Fuji printer and click Printer Properties to open up the printer properties. Then click the Ports tab and make sure the USB001 port has a check mark in it and click Apply. Then click the General tab and click Print A Test Page. see if it prints
