I am receiving error codeNNN-NN-NNNNwhen I try to print. The trouble shooting directions say to go to start>run on your computer. Then type services.misc. I can't get past Start>run. Where is that?
Optional Information: Make: kodak Model: kodak esp office 2150 series XPS Already Tried: Turned the printer off and back on. \made sure it is connected to the computer. It is wireless. The WiFi button is lit and solid blue

This will start a file download. Save the file. Then, once its finished downloading. Run the file This will attempt to automatically fix the issues with your printer. Something is blocking the computer. When I click run file it says it cannot be sent
Ok, to be sure.. when you click this linkhttp://support.microsoft.com/mats/printing_problems/and then click the big green " run now" It wont allow you to download the file?
I downloaded the file and ran it. It says the printer cannot be contacted over the network.
Temporarily. can you connect the Kodak printer to the computer via a usb cable.. And then run that program again? thanks!
