When you try to print what happens?

The copies did have white lines and now nothing prints

Ok. There are only 2 possibilites for your problem. You could have cartridges that have become defective and you will need to replace them. THe chips in the cartridges can go bad and casue this. If you replace the cartridges and the problem is still there the only other cause is a bad printhead. If that is the case you can order new heads from Kodak for about $30 a piece and the instructions for replacing them come with the new ones. Try the cartridges first it is more common.
