Is the printer connect with USB port?

Customer:

no its not, it didnt come with one to connect it and i dont have one

Printers do not come with a USB port and they have to be purchased seperately. You will need to get one.

so thats the only way to fix it? it cant be done wirelessly or with an ethernet cable

i had it working the other day

do you have an ethernet cable that you can run from the printer to the back of the router?

thats how i have it set up right now, its on and connected to the internet but when i go to my devices on the computer its is saying its shut off

it may have lost connection with printer, the IP address could have changed on the printer.
